This is another one of the few custom artworks we did as visual upgrades for the single player campaign. Although just a minor right arm-swapping, it holds up decently thanks to the glowing elements. The SCV is a typical unit that can’t be upgraded dramatically without completely confusing the visual identification of the artwork. If we made the upgrades over the top, people would start expecting the SCV to be in the middle of combat welding the faces off its enemies.

I know the in-game scale is out of realistic, but it makes me wonder, how big an SCV really? I saw the concept art and I thought they must be as big as a Thor, since the worker is inside the cockpit.
